The landscape is constantly changing, particularly within industrial parks in the R.M. of Rosser. Brookside Industrial Park West Phase 3
Multi-tenant space remains available for lease and one lot is available for build-to-suit in this 90-acre industrial park. To date, 12 companies have established operations:

Steele Business Park
Phase 1 in Steele Business Park is under construction and upon completion this summer, the first of three buildings will offer 80,000 SF of industrial space for lease. The 17-acre park will offer a total of over 225,000 SF of industrial space within the heart of CentrePort.
InksPort Business Park
Development is underway at Whiteland Developers’ new $65M, 68-acre InksPort Business Park. The first phase of InksPort will consist of four buildings totalling 375,000 SF of industrial space. The first 100,000+ SF building will be completed and ready for occupancy by Q4 2021.
Brookside Business Park
The newest companies to open in this 160-acre development include:

O Foods Ltd.
Construction has begun on Paterson GlobalFoods’ $94 million oat processing facility, O Foods Ltd. The mill will process 125,000 metric tonnes of oats from Western Canadian farmers, with expansion plans to reach 250,000 metric tonnes.
