Brookside Business Park
MoveMobility, Canada’s trusted leader in wheelchair accessible vehicle innovation, is expanding its operations in CentrePort Canada. Currently under construction by CentrePort Partner Contempora Steel Builders, the new 63,000 sq. ft. facility built on 10 acres of land will allow MoveMobility to manufacture Type II ambulances and is expected to create 55 new jobs, bolstering the local economy and the company’s global export capabilities. Brookside Industrial Park West
Groupe Touchette, the largest Canadian-owned tire distributor, is adding an additional 112,000 sq. ft. of distribution space to their current facility, built by CentrePort Partner Concord Projects. The Montreal-based company acquired an additional 6.62 acres of land for the expansion which will bring the company’s total space to 212,000 sq. ft. on 12.6 acres in CentrePort. Learn more.

CentrePort Canada Rail Park
NORS moved into the CentrePort Canada Rail Park on January 1, 2025, leasing land from Fastfrate Group. Their location in Winnipeg has been appointed the exclusive Volvo Construction Equipment dealer in Manitoba.
