CentrePort Canada Rail Park
On March 25, 2022, Focus Equities Inc. was announced as the developer of the CentrePort Canada Rail Park. The Rail Park is a 665-acre rail served industrial development in the heart of CentrePort. Construction is set to begin this summer on Phase 1. Learn more
West Creek Industrial Park – A Hopewell Development
Brokered by CentrePort partner Colliers, West Creek Industrial Park is a 294,150 SF industrial development that is currently under construction at the corner of Red Fife Road and Durum Drive. Two buildings are being constructed simultaneously and will be ready October 2022. Learn more.
Steele Business Park – 70% leased
Last fall, MMI Asset Management opened Phase 1 of Steele Business Park. This multi-tenant industrial building is now 70% leased. Tenants in Phase 1 include Mercury Specialty Products, Milwaukee Tool and Lennox International. Phase 2 is currently under construction. Learn more.

A new 10,000 SF office/flex space is currently under construction in Brookside Business Park. Situated adjacent to Tim Hortons and Shell Canada, this development has room for a Quick Service Restaurant opportunity with potential drive-thru. BrookPort Business Park
Construction continues in all three phases of BrookPort Business Park. Recently completed buildings include Ayr Motors, Speedy Singh Logistics and Whiteland Developers’ multi-tenant space at 39 Eagle Drive. New tenants at 39 Eagle Drive include Emco Waterworks, Sandale Utility Products and Westlund.
4Tracks Ltd.
Construction continues on the new corporate office and terminal for 4Tracks Ltd. 4 Tracks broke ground on this new build in October 2021, and it is expected to open in fall 2022. This 27,000 SF facility is located on 40 acres in the RM of Rosser.
