4Tracks Expands on 40 Acres
4Tracks Ltd. is building a new corporate headquarters and terminal to accommodate its growing business. The facility will be located on a 40 acre site, at the intersection of CentrePort Canada Way and Rosser Road. The $12.5 million project will include an office, warehouse and cross-dock facility. Steele Business Park – Grand Opening of Phase 1
On October 21, MMI Asset Management opened Phase 1 of Steele Business Park. This multi-tenant industrial building will soon be home to several tenants, including Mercury Specialty Products. Mercury Specialty Products will be occupying 18,000 SF of space on the east side of building one. The company is expanding their operations in Manitoba and this will be their second location in CentrePort.
Steele Business Park is a 17 acre development in the heart of CentrePort, with three multi-tenant industrial buildings planned, bringing 220,000 square feet of space for lease to the market.
National Research Council of Canada (NRC) – Opening Soon
The NRC’s $62 million advanced manufacturing research facility is nearing completion and close to opening its doors. The facility will focus on research in additive manufacturing and sustainable packaging. Read more about what’s planned in this recent feature by the Winnipeg Free Press.
Nutrien – 6 Months From Groundbreaking to Open
Announced in June of 2021, this 100,000 square foot distribution centre is nearing completion and set to open by end of year 2021.
AVAAL Business Park – Space Available
Brought to the market in May 2021, multi-tenant industrial space is now on the market in AVAAL Business Park. This park will include three industrial buildings totaling 165,000 square feet. Learn more here.
TFI International – Expansion
TFI International is expanding their footprint in CentrePort. A 70,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility, built by CentrePort partner Concord Projects, is currently under construction adjacent to their current building on Oak Point Highway.
