CentrePort Canada Rail Park
Construction on the Fastfrate Group facility is nearing completion in the CentrePort Canada Rail Park. This $55 million, 140,000 sq. ft. facility broke ground in August of 2023 and is celebrating its grand opening this month. Fastfrate Group is the first tenant in the development. Learn more.
Highway Motor Freight, the second tenant announced at the Rail Park, broke ground in August 2024 on a new 32,000 sq. ft. transportation terminal at CentrePort Canada Rail Park. The facility is expected to be operational by late 2025. Learn more.
Brookside Business Park
CentrePort Partner Contempora Steel Builders is finalizing the construction of a 13,320 sq. ft building for the RM of Rosser. The facility is designed to accommodate various municipal divisions and will be complete in November 2024.
Brookside Industrial Park West
Groupe Touchette, the largest Canadian-owned tire distributor, has broken ground on an additional 112,000 sq. ft. of distribution space in Brookside Industrial Park. The Montreal-based company acquired an additional 6.62 acres of land for the expansion which will bring the company’s total space to 212,000 sq. ft. on 12.6 acres in CentrePort. Learn more.
Keystone Industrial Park
Construction began at Keystone Industrial Park, a 184-acre I2 Industrial-zoned development. Developed by Exemplar Developments and represented by Colliers, the park offers 24 lots designed for modern industrial distribution and manufacturing with strategic access to key transportation routes. Lots range from 4.6 to 9.4 acres with prominent frontage along CentrePort Canada Way and Sturgeon Road – 8 lots are sold to date.
InksPort Business Park
Construction continues on Whiteriver Logistics’ new 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse and transportation distribution centre in InksPort Business Park. The $30 million facility will be their second location in CentrePort and is expected to be operational by late 2024 or early 2025. Learn more.
