This spring, CentrePort Canada had the opportunity to visit the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service’s (STARS) Manitoba base that sits within CentrePort Canada’s 20,000-acre footprint. For nearly 14 years, STARS Manitoba has provided rapid-response critical care transportation to patients across Manitoba, helping ensure life-saving medical support is available when and where it is needed most.
While the STARS team waited on standby to hear more about the patient, we learned more about the organization and its connection to CentrePort Canada.
