Phase 1 servicing of the 184-acre park complete and Phase 2 commencing in 2026
Rosser, MB – May 11, 2026 – Keystone Industrial Park (“Keystone”), a major new development by Exemplar Developments (“Exemplar”) at CentrePort Canada (“CentrePort”), is now on the market featuring 184 acres of shovel-ready, fully serviced industrial land. The development at Keystone represents an investment of over $100 million upon completion of Phase 1 with significant future investment in Phase 2 to be announced in late 2026.
Located in the RM of Rosser in CentrePort North, the 184-acre industrial park offers 30 lots, starting at approximately 2.34 acres, and is ideally suited for companies in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and transportation and logistics. To date, over 50% of the park is sold or conditionally sold. Twenty acres have been sold to a Canadian company with over 40 locations in North America, 77 acres are under negotiation with various parties, and 5.7 acres are under contract.

Phase 1 of Keystone infrastructure is complete with fully serviced lots and water, sewer, hydro and paved roads installed. Phase 2 is scheduled to commence in 2026, alongside improvements to Selkirk Avenue and Sturgeon Road, further enhancing transportation access.
