HUGH MUNRO CONSTRUCTION OFFERING CLEAN FILLHugh Munro Construction Ltd. (HMCL), will be undertaking the reconstruction of Lilyfield Church Road (Road 68N) in the RM of Rosser. The clay material being removed from the road embankment is a black to dark brown highly plastic clay with traces of gravel and silt. HMCL began the road reconstruction in April 2021, interested parties that are looking for clean fill are asked to contact the HMCL office at 204.224.9218 for further information. Please note that HMCL will not be providing the delivery of the clean fill, the fill can be picked up onsite. The clean fill will only be provided to semi-truck and trailers or straight tandems.
