Founded in 2020, Elephant Projects started with a mission: to help project owners manage commercial real estate and construction projects from end to end. Since then, we’ve evolved into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm specializing in project management, cost consulting, design management, scheduling, and CAPEX portfolio management, including handling furniture, fixtures, equipment, and corporate relocation.
