CentrePort Canada Inc. (“CentrePort”) has announced twelve new companies have established operations or are finalizing the build-out of their facilities within Brookside Industrial Park West Phase III (“the Park”).
Situated in the R.M. of Rosser at CentrePort Canada, the 90-acre industrial park was brought to market by Crystal Developers Ltd. in 2018, and is now home to twelve companies that have recently opened their doors or are finalizing the construction of their facilities. Only three lots remain available in the Park for build-to-suit options.
