On August 1 2023, the CentrePort Canada Rail Park announced Fastfrate Group as the first tenant to break ground on facilities in the 665-acre rail served industrial park. Fastfrate Group, one of Canada’s largest privately held transportation and supply chain providers, announced an investment of $55 million to build approximately 140,000 square feet of facilities on 25 acres in the Rail Park.
